Registration

Welcome to Full 90 Football Academy. By enrolling your child or participating in our programs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure the safety, fairness, and enjoyment of all participants.

• A completed registration form and full payment (or agreed instalment plan) are required before participation.
   
• Fees are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances.
   
• Late payments may result in temporary suspension from training or matches until the balance is cleared.
   

• Players are expected to demonstrate respect, discipline, and good sportsmanship at all times.
   
• Disruptive or dangerous behavior may lead to warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the academy without refund.
   
• Full 90 reserves the right to make decisions in the best interests of the team and overall academy environment.
   

• Parents must ensure players arrive on time, with proper kit, hydrated, and ready to train or play.
   
• Support is encouraged, but coaching or interfering from the sidelines is not permitted.
   
• Any concerns should be addressed through appropriate academy communication channels.
   

• Players are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and fixtures unless prior notice is given.
   
• Missed sessions due to personal reasons (e.g. holidays, other commitments) are not refundable or transferable.
   
• Full 90 reserves the right to adjust the schedule, location, or coaching staff if necessary.
   

• Parents must disclose any medical conditions or allergies during registration.
   
• In the event of injury during training or matches, our staff will provide basic first aid and contact parents immediately.
   
• Full 90 Football Academy is not liable for injuries that occur during normal training, matches, or travel, except in cases of proven negligence.
   

• The academy may use photos and videos of training sessions, games, or events for promotional purposes on social media, website, or printed material.
   
• If you do not wish your child to be featured, please inform us in writing at registration.
   

• Players must wear the official Full 90 training and match kit as provided or specified.
   
• Shin guards and appropriate footwear must be worn at all times for safety.
   
• Lost or damaged equipment is the responsibility of the player and may incur replacement charges.
   

• Refunds will only be considered in cases of:
   
  • Long-term injury (with medical certificate)
     
  • Relocation of residence out of the academy area
     
  • Cancellation of a program by the academy
     
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval.
   

• While all reasonable precautions are taken, Full 90 Football Academy accepts no liability for personal belongings, injuries, or damages incurred during academy activities.
   

• By joining the academy, both players and parents agree to uphold our values: commitment, respect, professionalism, and teamwork.
   
• Breaches may result in disciplinary action at the discretion of the academy leadership team.
   

• Full 90 Football Academy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated versions will be made available on our website or directly to parents.
